yes, sophomore na ko. :)

YESTERDAY:
was my first day of school for the SY 2006-2007. the day was exciting kasi there were lots of new things. like for example, we were no longer the babies of de la salle university! nakakapanibago, may ID106 na. kami ID105 eh. may mas bata na samin! second, the SJ walk better known as catwalk (dahil parang fashion show dun, kitang-kita ka dun pag naglalakad tapos ung daan niya parang rumarampa ka) is still under construction. nilaparan pa nila yung way para mas maraming makapag-fashion show. hehe. but i personally think mas iinit ung walk na yun. i think they'd be putting a fence sa side eh. third, the newly constructed building of DLSU is already in use. its name is the general education building and this is where the frosh will stay. kawawa naman, isolated sila. heheh. fourth, shempre there'd be new subjects, new classmates, and of course, new professors. :D

810-910 econone. our prof's name is ms. conchada, and i heard na ok naman daw sha. sure pass daw, pero i hope marunong sha magturo! she seems nice naman, because she told as that as much as possible, she will make the lessons simple for us. :) and, she allows you to have a copy of all economic formulas during her quizzes, provided you make your copy at least a meeting before the quiz. but i forgot to ask her kung pati ba sa midterm exam and finals. sana pwede. haha. kaya lang, despite her being "nice", may weird gimmick sha na "hotseat days". every monday and friday daw yun. this is were she will randomly call 5 students from our class, and they will be the ones asked during the discussion. as in for the whole period. if you weren't able to answer her question, points will be deducted from you. waaah! this last one is my favorite because i would be really motivated to come to class early: she will give an additional 0.5 sa FINAL GRADE if you only have 1 late for the whole term! so i gotta be early always, sayang yung 0.5 na yun! :D

920-1130 break. since i have a kindof sabog sched, my break is kindof long and alanganin pag kakain ka. di mo alam kung breakfast ba or lunch yung kakainin mo. alex, james, ching and i were together during the break, sinamahan ko silang tatlo in going to the dean's office for the adjustment sa subjects. after that, we ate at rap. one of my favorite eating places near school. mmm. i missed that place. :)

1140-1240 humabeh. our prof's name is dr. edralin. nung una i thought she's kind of strict kasi yung itsura niya eh. hehe. but no, nakakatawa ung mga hirit niya, considering she's already in her mid-40s siguro. tapos one thing funny about her is ang kapal ng foundation niya, yung tipong hindi na magkakulay ung neck and face niya. heheh. she reminds me of my kinder principal, si mrs. tugade. parang clown mag-make up sa puti! tska parang nadapa sa gawgaw. hehe. i think i'll like this subject, because it's closely related to psychology and sociology, may kasama lang na business side. :D

1250-220 comcalc. calculus? math? i hope and i feel i'll enjoy this subject. math geek naman ako eh. haha. plus, i like the prof based on my first impression of her. she didn't introduce herself though, nakipagdaldalan na kagad sha. hehe. she reminds me of my highschool statistics and higher algebra teacher, halos pareho sila magsalita and the porma, almost the same. :) my prof's a happy-go-lucky person too, much like my highschool teacher. sana okay nga talaga sha. and oh, we also had our diagnostic test. the items were mostly from the lessons nung last algeb subject we took. nakalimutan ko na yung mga iba! i took the subject 2 terms ago noh! haha. :D

230-330 engltwo. one subject i don't like but hopefully learn to be patient with it, better yet, love it. haay. pano naman, research paper writing eh. hmm. our prof's name is mrs. syjueco. til now i haven't figured out yet if she'd be nice to us or not. she seems strict, pero sha na nagsabi that she loves to joke. pero malabo din, coz she told us na yung way of joking niya di daw namin malalaman kung nagjjoke sha or not. for us to exercise our critical thinking skills daw. haha. basta, i hope i will learn to enjoy this subject. one thing i like pala is she doesn't give quizzes daw and we won't be having finals! yipee. :D

340-440 relstri. i didn't attend my religion class. don't get me wrong, mabait na bata ako. :p i wasn't able to attend because i was scheduled for my 1st driving class at 4pm so i needed to go home early. i just pray na okay yung prof namin, not like our relstwo prof who gave us 10+ quizzes for just one term. :D

TODAY:
i arrived at school at around 7:35. i didn't want to go up sa classroom yet so i sat instead at the LS benches and hopefully see friends arriving. kaso wala eh. my classmate for accounting, alex, texted me na mallate daw sha. nag-sight seeing lang naman ako, it was fun to watch freshies walk around the campus in large groups. heheh. one trademark of the frosh. i just can't imagine ourselves na ganun pala kami nung frosh kami. hehe. yung tipong ayaw pa pumasok sa loob ng school kasi maghihintayan pa sila sa gate so that when they go inside the school at hinanap classroom nila, even if they get lost, marami sila. *haaay nostalgia* hehe. then at around 7:50, i decided to go up sa classroom. when i was about to go up the stairs, may group of girls na nakaharang. they were looking at the sign sa stairs. frosh. naamoy ko kagad. hehe. i wanted to help them sana, kaso lang i realized na nung i was almost at the 2nd floor already. i just hope nahanap nila yung classroom nila on time. :)

8-930 accom2b. wow. my last accounting subject for college. yay. pero i think i'll miss all those accounting subjects din, kahit most of the time sakit sa ulo silang lahat. :) our prof's name is mr. arellano, i think he's nice. like my accom1b teacher, mr. menaje. sana hindi lang nice, pero sana magaling din magturo. like mr. menaje. but minus mr. menaje's difficult quizzes. hehe. :D

magddrayb ako..

yipee! monday is the start of classes, at the same time, the start of my driving class! yay :) so starting monday, right after class i would have to leaveschool immediately to take my driving lessons. i'm so excited, can't wait to learn how to drive! i heard that my instructor would be kuya ed, haven't met him, but i hope he'll be nice and patient. haha. naku feeling ko talaga mag-iingay ako habang nagddrive. :D i just can't stay silent while driving, ewan parang di ako makakaconcentrate pag tahimik. haha. and, i'll be driving a toyota vios, yipee sana compatible kami nung car. :D pray for me pray for me. i'm sooo excited. :)

i have a new hurcuuuuut!! :D

it's a korean style cut kaya astig parang anime na buhok ko wahaha wala akong ilalagay na feetyur dito para you guys will keep on imagining my itsura til you see me! mwahaha :)

di ako nakakapag-blog update beeekos for one whole week may church trabaho ako, that is, to be a teacher in our daily vacation bible school for kids. shortcut, DVBS. grabeeee lagi talagang matetest patience mo sa trabahong ito! first day pa lang, puputok ka na sa inis kung wala kang pasensha! alam mo yung mga batang sumasabit sayo at papakaladkad sayo dahil yun yung idea nila ng "laro"? alam mo yung batang sinasaway mo nang "wag kang lulusot jan!" sabay nakapamewang ka pa pero lulusot at lulusot pa rin at habang ginagawa niya yun ay nakatitig pa sayo na hindi mo alam kung hindi ka lang naiintindihan o nang-aasar lang talaga? alam mo yung batang kahit ilang beses mo na takutin na papalabasin mo siya kasi ang gulogulogulo niya ay hindi pa rin talaga maawat? yan, yan ang DVBS ng sampaloc bible church. :D

kaya rin siguro ako nagpagupit kasama si pat, rach and ate ko para marelieve naman kami from stress sa mga bata. hahaha. thanks to salvo salon and my newfound stylist sir bobbie, napaganda pa nila ako lalo! bwahaha. ewan. basta masaya ako sa hair ko! kasi tipong wash and wear na sha hihi :) kaya mga gerls jan, wag na maghanap ng mahal na salon para maganda ang inyong gupit, salvo salon is here! gayang-gaya pa ang korean cut na sasabihin mo sa kanila. for only P198, may transformed hair ka na! di lang yun, mura pa nung ibang services nila! i can't remember yung specifics, but i can clearly remember na yung prices nila super incomparable sa ibang kilalang salon. bukas nga babalik kami dun and baka magpa-hair spa ako haha ang arte :p

going back to DVBS, tomorrow na ang graduation ng mga bata! so no more makulit kids til next year yay haha. :D pero in fairness, of all the years na nakapag-DVBS ako, i can say that this year was the year na super na-bless ako. maybe because mas nafeel ko yung responsibility ko sa younger generation. lalo na i was a main teacher this year. during the past years kasi i was just an assistant teacher, where all i had to do was sundin ang mga utos ng main teachers at magsaway ng mga makukulit na bata. now, i was the one reading the lessons every night para may makwento nang maayos sa mga bata the next day, i was the one doing the sample crafts para may magaya yung mga bata, i was the one leading and guiding my assistants on what to do, but most of all, i was the one who was leading these kids to know and understand christ more and eventually, make them accept jesus christ as their personal lord and savior. kaya naman despite all the physical exhaustion and pressure experienced everyday, everything pays off when you think that your spiritual life grows naman through training yourself to be a disciple at the same time being a discipler for christ. :)

whew! ang saya talaga mag-DVBS. heheh. i love my kids kahit nakakapagod sila. :)

noooow, i have one week before school starts! better find the number of my driving school, baka maudlot pa ang pag-aaral ko magdrive :D

body clock

my body clock's getting more weird by the moment. i woke up at 1 pm kanina. yesterday i woke up at 6 am, then the day before that 330 pm naman! kamusta naman ang lalayo ng gap di ba?! di ko tuloy maintindihan kung ano ba talaga gusto ng katawan ko. heheh.

i have a new tambayan in my house. at iyon ay ang aming ever trusty terrace. whenever i feel so hot, i just go there dahil laging malakas hangin dun. thanks to my lola who always sits there, na-realize ko din tuloy na i don't need an air conditioner to keep myself cool. :)

later, i'd be having a girls' night out together with my sister, my bestfriend rachel, and my friends pat and jeline. we're going to watch a concert sa the fort which is i think sponsored by levi's. complimentary tickets yun, so i didn't have to spend anything. thanks to pat, who bought 4 pairs of jeans! hahaha. woohoo i'm excited, lalo na sana kung may money ako heheh.

so..is it time to have a new haircut?

selfish.

para sa mga naghihintay ng storya ko about sa birthday ko, belat. ang sayasayasaya pa naman.

hindi ko ikkwento. hindi kayo pumunta eh. :p

only those who went would be aware of what happened and will remember all that has occured on my birthday. kasiiiii yung mga hindi pumunta..tamaan na kayo wahaha *evil grin*

joke lang. :D tamad lang ako magkwento at magblog actually, kaya yun. i'll be posting the pics na lang soon at basahin nyo na lang yung mga captions nun, malalaman niyo na lahat ng nangyari nung 18th birthday ko.

whew. still can't believe na pwede na kong bumoto, makulong at magtrabaho na hindi tinatawag na "child" labor!


sa kabilang banda [wow lalim haha], this is my first time to experience na yung friend mo aalis sa country to migrate to another country. it's really sad pala lalo na if you two have gone through a lot of things already, and strong na yung friendship niyo kahit may mga awkward phases kayo. his departure also makes me guilty sometimes because there are times when i took the things he did for granted, times where i wasn't able to really appreciate who he was in my life until this time came, this time where he has to leave our country and go sa bansa ni uncle sam (even this phrase i got from him) and live there for the rest of his life.

so for a few minutes, i would just be blogging all the things that i wish i could have said to him while he was still here, and tangible. hehe.

1. i would never forget how i met you one day in september 2003 where we thought you were "mayabang" because you didn't join us for lunch.

2. you will always be our "direk".

3. i will always remember the 1st graphic message i texted you, the one with the bear and the "mawiwi ka sana sa bed mo!" :)

4. the time where both my bestfriend and i had a "little" crush on you after meeting you because of your mysterious nature.

5. i want to thank you for inviting me and my bestfriend to your school's sophomores' night.

6. thanks for once again, inviting me to your prom. had fun talking to you that night. i wouldn't want to trade that night with any other night kasi that was when i was able to understand you completely. :)

7. i will never forget our "untog event" after the prom. haha.

8. i will always remember our 1st and last gimmick at glorietta together with george.

9. you didn't buy me those shades that i wanted. :( joke lang ;)

10. thanks for the wonderful bouquet of pink&white roses you gave me before. it was the perfect combination.

11. will never regret the time where you weren't able to continue your surprise because josh spilled the beans, the thought that you exerted effort in trying to do the surprise makes me happy enough.

12. we will miss your strange voice. heheh.
