just because of TQM (total quality management), we were humiliated. argh. our group (me, mikkel, alex, grace, gerd, neil and
ching) had an oral report for our humabeh subject. and yes, in front of 3rd year students, we were kind of..scolded.
we were supposed to report on the applications of the concepts we have studied in class in line with the two companies we studied. we were supposed to determine which concepts were applied to the two companies.
a group from the class already commented that our report was okay. sabe pa niya "actually, malinaw yung report eh. sobrang okay." so we were kind of relieved that some people appreciated our report. BUT. being the meticulous and OC person that she is, our prof suddenly had the negative adrenalin rush. she actually noticed ONE concept which she think should not be included in the report. ONE CONCEPT. my gally. why not take that lightly? grr. she was all defensive with one eyebrow raised while explaining that our chosen companies don't actually use the TQM. heck how did she know that those companies don't use TQM anyway? does she know the companies' operations? grr. then she keeps on telling us that the things such as TQM and the others are her expertise; she previously did a research about those. kami pa nasisi, that's what the companies told us. she was kind of implying pa na we're misrepresenting the companies and we could be sued for that. what? maybe we just misinterpreted the concept. sorry na mali na. i was just pissed off that she was so focused on that mistake; it was like she disregarded the whole report just because of THAT mistake. ms. edralin, just let that go, please. thank you.
hay. good thing our classmates where 3rd year students. mahirap na kung batchmates. hehe. smile na jon :)
